My baked goods and candy are all gluten-free made in a dedicated home certified kitchen. My ingredients are all gluten-free and of the highest quality to produce the best-tasting, fresh, home-made gluten-free products available in this area. I have been eating gluten-free for the last 28 years when I was diagnosed with celiac sprue. During this time I have been developing recipes and experimenting with the many available flours.

I began my business 10 months ago with the focus on producing delicious gluten-free products that can be enjoyed by all family members whether each member must avoid gluten or not. Those who regularly taste-test my products are individuals who do not have to avoid gluten. I like to get their approval before finalizing my recipes.
