On a hilly spot next to his house in Dyersburg, Jessie Harris sets out pepper plants.  He doesn't hurry, but he doesn't stop to chat much with visitors, either, because he has hundreds more.  And then there are the tomatoes, squash, and dozens of other fruits and vegetables to plant and tend.  If you can't make it up to his place, you can meet Jessie's wife, Teresa, here at the Memphis Farmers' Market.  You may wonder how she can be selling luscious tomatoes and crisp cucumbers this early in the season.  It's because she and Jessie raise them in 3 greenhouses on their land.  For this farming family, the work never seems to stop, but the payoff is truly amazing--all season long.
